Done! (All pau!)

"But noooo, they hung in there after all. Thanks, Grandpa Wayne, for helping them finish up this puzzle. Can you believe it -- it took them ALL morning -- to FINALLY finish it.

Here's da proof. Well, sort of...it's all pau except for one (corner) piece which was mysteriously missing. Either Tutu has it in her pocket (and 'forgot') or maybe, you have it in yours? You joker, you.

I love 'em all, just as you said I would, but they're just not as good at puzzles as you and me, but you gotta give them credit. They do try hard to keep your puzzle tradition going. They reminisced over some good times they had when you puzzled with them.

Yeah, Grandpa, puzzling is a good family thing. Our 'ohana had a great time "talking story" as they worked on the puzzles together. I get it -- it's a bonding kind of thing. Thanks for starting that tradition with this bunch. It works.

But next time, would you PUH-LEEZ do us all a favor and help Tutu pick out an easier one? Believe me, until I grow up a little more, there are no expert puzzlers like you and me in this bunch!

G-Pa made roast chicken marinated in honey and garlic for lunch. Then, we packed up ALL my stuff, made those multiple trips back and forth to the car, hugged and kissed and waved goodbye to G-Ma, G-Pa and the furry kids. Then, we drove all the way back down that big hill.

I can't wait to get back up that big hill again. Next time up, it'll be a new season called "autumn." Maybe then, the new house will be pau. I may not be traipsing in the woods then, but by then, I'll get this crawling thing down pat. Meet us over there, okay, Grandpa? It's that house we visited this morning. The house called "Amazing Grace."

Love,
Austin Kai

P.S. Making a house is a lot like making a puzzle, isn't it? It takes tons of patience and lots of time...Would you please help G-Ma and G-Pa put together their house? They're not very good with puzzles..." Posted by Hello
